Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

This applies if you ordered one or more items as part of a single order and they are delivered together, or if you ordered multiple items as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sophistique Jewellery, Astrid-Lindgren-Weg 5, 73614 Schorndorf, Germany, info@sophistiquejewellery.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual selection or specification by the consumer, or goods that are clearly personalized (e.g. custom-made or engraved jewellery).
